As presented in "Patanjali's Yoga Sutras", yoga consists limbs. The yoga postures, Called Asana, is only one of the components of yoga.

 

The first limb called Yamas, which mean universal moral values. all the characters in the project seem to have moral weak spots which yoga might relief.

 

Yama includes five ethical rules (according to the Yoga Sutras):

• Ahimsa - Nonviolence

• Satya - Truthfulness

• Asteya - non-stealing

• Brahmacharya - marital fidelity, sexual restraint

• Aparigraha - non-possessiveness
