About the event
Our perception of ourselves often has little to do with the reality we see. This misperception is one of the reasons our relationship with ourselves and our bodies is somewhat detached from reality and greatly attached to the ideals and ideas we have accumulated over the years.
Simultaneously developing objectivity regarding what we see, strengthening the ability to stay with emotions, and awakening our senses through our eyes gradually restores our relationship with the skin we’re in. Also, understanding the beauty in diversity and reality as it is will open the doors of gratitude for being who we are, as we are.
Come and SEE YOURSELF THROUGH NEW EYES on Sunday, April 16th, from 14:00-18:00.
The workshop is open for all levels! Also for those who haven’t held a pencil for decades.
